With more than two decades of experience in business culture transformation and leadership development, she is recognized as a trusted voice in heart-led culture and conscious leadership. She works at the intersection of human consciousness, intelligent systems and modern leadership.
Her journey began in non‑profit leadership, where she spent nearly a decade building vibrant volunteer communities and pioneering culture‑building initiatives. After a major life reset in her early thirties, she returned to corporate consulting, guiding organizations through growth and change. Today, her approach integrates organizational culture design, energy psychology, research‑backed well‑being practices and timeless wisdom traditions to further support heart-led leaders, organisations and professionals seeking alignment beyond conventional success.
B is the author of Freedom Embraced: How to Flourish and Be Happy at Work and Fly Free: How Accepting the Wings of Life Can Help You Reach Your Rainbow. Through her writing, speaking and consulting, she has touched thousands of lives with her warmth, wisdom and lived experience of joyful transformation.
